Hi, I'm Frances Méndez.

I co-founded Camino5 Agency because I believe every business is on a journey — and most of them just need someone who can help them see the road more clearly.

Camino means way, path, or road in Spanish. It's also personal. I named the agency after the five members of my family — because everything I've built has been for them, and because of them.

For over two decades I've worked at the intersection of brand, digital strategy, and the consumer journey. I've helped companies of every size — from scrappy startups to Fortune 500s — figure out who they are, who they're for, and how to get found by the people who need them most.

My work sits where consumer experience and brand meet. I'm interested in the gap between what a company thinks it is and what its customers actually feel. Closing that gap — through research, strategy, and honest thinking — is what I do.

I also write. I build things with AI. I think a lot about what it means to work in a world that keeps changing underneath your feet.
